Monday moodiness...

I'm on a roller coaster today. I was feeling a little tired when I came into work this morning, and my blood sugar dropped mid-morning, but I fixed it. Then I started to get moody. I received a great pick me up before lunch that had me floating around on a cloud of perkiness and smiles, only to come crashing down later. Is it the fact that it's Monday? The day that starts the work week and saps my enthusiasm. It can't be the doctor's appointment this afternoon, that's nothing, just routine. However, something is amiss. I'm chemically imbalanced. I think I need some...chocolate....
